I have a blog (link in signature) and I've come to the conclusion that I should start doing reviews of train/railroad related restaurants in it because in addition to being a railfan I'm also a foodie. I sat down and made a list of the places I could think of off the top of my head & I was wondering if anyone knew of any others.

Steaming Tender in Palmer, MA
Plan B Burgers in Simsbury, CT (in an old train station)
Otto Pizzeria in New York City (modeled after an Italian train station)
Trackside Pizza in Wallingford, CT
Pizza Works in Old Saybrook, CT
Third Rail in Darien, CT

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I figured this particular board was the best place to post, but mods feel free to move as you see fit!

Has anyone corrected the horrible "backdating" job on the loco at the "Steaming Tender" yet?
We had a thread here about it several years back..from 2006:

Should have looked a little more closely, the balloon stack has been removed. At least it's a start.

Check out the Portland and Rochester pub in Portland.

The family-owned Governor's chain of restaurants in Maine is railroad-themed. They have model trains running inside the restaurant, and the walls sport various railroad photos. Locations:

Old Town
Ellsworth
Bangor
Lewiston
Waterville
Presque Isle

(disclaimer: it's been several years since I've been to a Governor's restaurant, so I can't guarantee that the above description is still accurate. Confirmation/corrections are welcome.)

The Trackside Station restaurant in Rockland is inside the old Maine Central passenger station. If I recall correctly, Maine Eastern Railroad also operates a small gift shop on-site.

Other places I've heard of but haven't been to:

Trackside Café in Exeter, NH

Champions Sports Bar in Biddeford, ME — occupies the former Boston & Maine passenger station

Bradford Junction - Bradford, NH
Glen Junction - Glen, NH
Pearl Street Station - Malden, MA (in an old B&M station)
Woodstock Inn Brewery - Woodstock, NH (also in an old B&M station)
Flapjack's - Lincoln, NH (has a nice overhead layout and the best breakfast ever!)

This place looks great, but I've never eaten there: http://www.nhdinnertrain.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

There's a Pizzeria Regina in the old Boston & Albany station in Allston, MA. The platform area is now enclosed with tables, so you're right up against the tracks when trains come through on the Worcester line.

Save yourselves a trip. This restaurant is "vaporware". The Framingham depot is STILL empty, and I haven't seen any indication of any work going on.

Ah, how I miss Ebenezers, when it was located there. Always wondered what happened to the NYCTA subway rollsign they had hanging above the host desk at the entrance...

EDIT: I knew restaurants have been discussed here before, took me a bit to find the thread though:
