You look reasonably fit in your photo. After the trip I suspect that all that good food will add up and it will be diet and exercise time. Try my trick, get on the Schwinn. And don't just go from fast food shop to fast food shop.

Alan, are you talking about the two folks currently on this California Odyessy? That would be Mike and Jessy. I'm still in New York, after all, someone has to man the Internet while they're gone. ;-)
