Railfan photography resource?

Does anyone know of a good resource - be it a website, a book, whatever - that I could check out to improve my photography specifically relating to trains/railroading etc? Like maybe there is a notable railfan photog out there who writes a blog or something? I'm usually underwhelmed by my shots and not sure what I'm doing wrong.
