Railfan advice for San Francisco Area

Hello.
I'm going to be probably be in San Francisco for about a week. I'd like to request advice for railfanning. I'm mostly interested in passenger, but I wouldn't mind photographing a freight here and there. I'm not going to have any access to a car. Thank you for any advice.
