Raildriver or MS Train Simulator?

Which game/sim is better to get? I very much like that console Raildriver has availble. Is it compatible with MS Train sim or not? Are there many mods/skins for Raildriver?

Raildriver is not a game its self but rather a console that is compatable with most railroad simulation games. As far as which game to choose MSTS is always the classic choice as it was the first released. I would recommend trainz though as they have been able to keep up with the time and come with sucessful release after release.
