The 19th Annual Tri-State Rail Sale takes place on January 30, 2010 from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. at the La Crosse Center in La Crosse, WI. The La Crosse Center is located on the corner of 2nd and Pearl Streets in Downtown La Crosse, WI.
