R32 Car Wash Moves over the L line

I was under the impression that no foreign equipment could run over the Canarsie Line because of the CBTC. Unless they've started to outfit R32's with CBTC

Interesting find, I'd like to know more about these moves as well.

Car washes, New car deliveries, and work trains also use the line from time to time. The line is also used for access to Linden shop.
