"NYS&W Tie Train, Paris Hill, Utica Branch" (video)

NYS&W ran a tie train today on the road's Utica Branch. The train, with leased CSX GP38 No. 2782 providing the power, had four gons full of new ties.

I've been told that the ties will be dropped north of Sangerfield, not to the washout areas south of Oxford.
