"Golden Egg" advertising wrap on VIA F40

OMG! I cannot believe that VIA would even consider trying this on an FP40-2!!! It is really BAU!

Is it safe to assume it's one of those vinyl wraps that can be seen elsewhere on trains, rather than paint?

It is still exceptionally ugly.

EJ and all: Loto-Quebec definitely needed better colors on their ad on this F40-that brown just does not look right-as mentioned. VIA management should insist on better coloring on wrap ads-especially on locomotives. MACTRAXX

These issues typically come up whenever images need to be blown up for a larger media placement.

Most people seem to forget that what looks good in a 3 x 5" box on the screen does not necessarily translate well when amplified to that size.

Hope they sold a few more lotto tickets for all their trouble - lol!

Personally, if I see that unit one more time on 85 or 87 I'm going to throw up. Quebec can have it back! (in return for 6400 of course)
