Mohawk, Adirondack & Northern No. 2453, a C425 Alco and ex-Erie Lackawanna No. 2453, ran down the ex-EL Utica-Binghamton branch today as part of NYS&W's UT-1.

The Alco was heading to Scranton where its main generator will be replaced at Delaware-Lackawanna's shops.

While I couldn't say for sure that I'd like a main line railroad going through my back yard [at least not that close]......Having these guys come thru would definitely be welcome.
