French article, sorry about that. Basically, a truck hit the bridge over Quebec's 18e rue (Next to the Jean-De-Breboeuf High School and Cegep Limoilou, if you know the area, If you are not, it's the second bridge that crosses over a street when heading toward Montreal ) and was damaged.
Police are investigating to see if a train can cross safely.
I dunno if Via Rail has arranged for bus for that, as I have not gone to the Via Rail Website.
