Quad Crossing Gates In Farmingdale, ?

The LIRR has been busy the past year or so regarding the crossing gates In Farmingdale. Three signal huts were installed at Melville Rd, Main & Elizabeth Sts. Examine the picture below. At the Elizabeth St crossing, there were two crossing gates at opposite corner with long arms. Notice in the foreground that a new pedestal with gate mechanism was recently installed. Notice the height of the pedestal post and compare it with the post in the background. The extended post in the background had a bracket that prevents the crossing arm from breaking off in high winds. So does the new post in the foreground. The new crossing gate pedestal on the opposite corner (out of view) also has and extended post.
So, does this all mean that these grade crossings in Farmingdale will soon have quad crossing gates ?

Yes wind guards are around here as well. Unfortunately the signal maintainers around here on CSX do not adjust them when they get out of alignment. NS does a good job.
