QCM & QNSL Radio

Can anyone confirm the current Chemin de fer Cartier (ArcelorMittal Mines Canada) and Quebec North Shore & Labrador frequencies? Been three years since I was there, and I wanna make sure nothing has changed.

The radio frequencies used by most railroads change very infrequently so I expect they'll be the same now as three years ago. For reference, the 2009 Canadian Trackside Guide lists the following:

Cartier: 161.130, 160.800 (dispatcher); 160.980 (train); 160.740, 160.680 (MoW); 161.070, 160.920, 160.860 (yard)
QNSL: 160.275, 160.335 (dispatcher); 160.215 (train); 168.090 (MoW); 161.430 (yard); 160.770 (passenger)
Arnaud/Wabush Lake: 160.860, 160.980 (train & dispatcher); 160.050, 160.395 (yard)
QIT/CFRR: 160.650 (dispatcher); 156.650, 161.250 (other)
