Do you happen to know when the last MP54 was retired from commuter service on the NE Corridor?...This NJT book I have mentions that they were retired in 1981, but I think that seems a bit too late... The Arrow II's were delivered in 1974 and the Arrow III's came aboard in 77-78, so I would think the MP-54s would have been retired by the late 70's? Does anyone know the exact date??
