You have a few options:
1. Have a full line Digitrax Dealer(Hobby Shop) upload the sounds for you.
2. Down load what you need from the Digitrax site( http://www.digitrax.com/soundfx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; ),
and upload the sounds thru a PR-3 programmer/DCS-51/100/200 command station setup.
3. Upload the current Java and JMRI freeware(Decoder pro 3)there's a sound decoder programmer included.
4. If you are a club member of a club that uses DCC,ask your "DCC Guru" for help!
(pay-off by breaking rule G after the upload is done! )
