Private car NAVY INSPECTION CAR 118 (built by Pullman in 1914) will be traveling from New York to Montreal on the Adirondack, probably Friday 10/12. Then from Montreal to the north woods of Quebec for a few days parked at Senneterre and return to Montreal on Via Rail Canada trains 603 and 604, during the week of October 15th. Then a return to New York on the Adirondack later that week.

Any photos of this car in Canada would be appreciated.

The Budd EMU (former Silverliner I?) belongs to the US Army Transportation Corps and is kept at Fort Eustis in Virginia, USA.

On that particular day, the photographer just happened to catch the heavyweight private car coupled to the Silverliner while both cars were sitting outside the railroad shop building at Fort Eustis.
