I'm an avid watcher of the Ashland, VA rail camera. Some changes have recently occurred where Q470/Q471 were abolished and Q415/Q416 started carrying domestic double stacks after being extended from Rocky Mount to Charlotte. New manifests Q413/Q414 were later added between Cumberland and Acca.
ShipCSX show that a container from Charlotte is picked up by Q416 and delivered in Chicago by Q015 (I assume the exchange is at Cumberland). I assume that in the past Q470 carried the stacks from Charlotte to Rocky Mount. How did the stacks go North from there?
