The report isn't complete, but right now has an overview of what happened up to when the CSX crew was killed by Amtrak 175. No word yet on any full investigation, so we're inside an investigation cycle.

I do not recall seeing the second Amtrak train mentioned in previous reports. The incident makes more sense when considering both Amtrak trains arrived at the location of the CSX crew members at roughly the same time (both trains blowing their horns and the employees who were killed apparently not realizing that there was a train behind them). It may have been better if the opposing train did not blow their horn, but at track speed there would not be a lot of time for 175's crew to realize that there were people on their track and provide more than a few seconds warning (the time between seeing the CSX employees and impact was not mentioned in the preliminary report).

The photo included in the report also shows the closeness of the rails and (in the distance) the crossover the CSX train was using for the set out.
