Pre employment screening in process?

Hey everyone,

I accepted a job for utiltiy worker out of Huntington, Wv. I've takin my physical, sent in my background info , and takin the strength test. Did all that going on three weeks ago and my status still says pre employment screening in process.
Is this a good or bad thing? Or do they just take there time on these thing?
