Metra cars in Syracuse NY

When i was up in Syracuse a couple of weeks ago, there were 3 ex- metra bilevel coaches sitting in a siding that the OnTrack RDC uses. Anyone know why they are all the way up here?

They were bi-level, ex-trra.

I don't think the TRRA ever owned any bilevel coaches.
