Fire department received a call stating that a train hit a car at the Pulis Ave. railroad crossing in Franklin Lakes. One fatality was reported. The SUV hit the train on the front steps to the cab.

Nothing regarding the symbol, I would have figured SU-99 because of the time it happend. The train was slow moving so WS-5 would make sense considering there is a siding right by the crossing.

It was WS-5. 99 went through about an hour and a half or so earlier.

su99 is the road crew, the WS's are the local crews that work out of little ferry.

Oh and they issued multiple summons's to the drive of the jeep from this accident.
