Happy New Year:

-----------------------------------------------
Con-Cor Model Train Newsletter Jan. 2005
-----------------------------------------------

The Boss has announced he wants to semi-retire in about two years.
He says we have to cut the product line by about 75% and just
concentrate on a handful of new items every year. So about 75-80%
of our current inventory will be gradually put "On-Sale" over the
coming months.

The first Magazine ads will be appearing in about a month, but
we are giving you an "ADVANCE" look at what will be on sale and first
crack at buying these items, many of which are in limited quantities
and will not be re-stocked once sold out.

You can see the first ads on our web site by going to:
<a href="www.all-railroads.com/PreRet-1.jpg"> N Pre-Retirement Sale
#1</a>
<a href="www.all-railroads.com/PreRet-2.jpg"> HO Pre-Retirement Sale
#1</a>

Note: This is a reproduction of the actual Magazine ad, it may
appear a bit fuzzy depending on the resolution quality of your
computerscreen. But you can also print them out on your printer and
they will print the same size as they will appear in the magazines.
You can call in orders and to our toll free line at 1-888-255-7826,
Monday-Friday between 8:10am and 3:45pm Mountain Time Zone.

---------------------------------------------------------------------

For example, you will find some of our N Gas Turbines for as low
as $99.00; N Twin Stack Container cars for $17.77; Some N structure
kits as low as $2.99; N Sw-1200 powered diesels for as low as $29.88

Also some of our "N" 4-8-4 steam locos for as low as $144.44
(this is 1/2 price!)

In HO, we have selected models of the HO Goose at a 25% discount,
and sales on HO passenger cars, trucks and structure kits.

Latest Update on New items:

1) The new "N" 2-10-2's have been shipped. They are getting rave
reviews from customers, and they pull a lot of cars. Model Railroader
Magazine says they got their sample to pull over 50 cars.(See Page 118
of the Jan. 05 issue). They come with MT couplers front and rear, and
are set up with a Standard NMRA 8 pin board for DCC instalation.
You can find more info on our web site at:
<a href="www.all-railroads.com/usra2102.html"> "N" USRA Heavy 2-10-2
</a>

2) The HO Zephyr tooling is finally finished. We have to admit this
developed into a much more complicated project than we at first
planned.
The final total was 114 molds and special dies. They look and run
really great. The China factory will start the final production process
in Jan. and they should be complete by sometime in March.
The N Zephyrs will be about 4-5 months behind, as we held up some of
the tooling construction on the N models, so we could incorporate some
of the lessons we learned from the construction of the HO models.

3) There will be an all new "N" MP-15 diesel switcher available
about the end of March /early April also. More information on this
model
will be released about Feb. lst.

Yard Sale:
Our Yard Sale continues the closeouts on items from other
Manufacturers.
We do not update the YardSale pages often, as it is a lot of work and
things change daily. But just order what you want and include a phone
# and if we have any questions we will call you. Expect to get only
about 75-80% of what you order off the Yard Sale pages.
<a href="www.all-railroads.com/yardsale.htm"> Yardsale Intro page </a>

Finally:
Enjoy these new SALE ITEMS, you will never see prices this low again
on many of these items, and in fact you may never see some of these
items again as a lot of the old items and tooling are going to be
retired once we sell out the inventory on hand.
