its an old utility vechicle (we call then utes , anericans would call them pick up trucks ) , put onto of a railway bogie , used as a hirailer machine . i cant tell if its narrow or standard gauge , looking at the track it looks like standard gauge , ut compared to the ute it looks narrow guage . Its in Brazil .
