Are they still using platform bridges over track #1?

No, they came out about a month ago.

They're now installed at BWI. And Halethorpe they're probably only boarding on the SB platform (same thing I guess for W. Balt.).

Traffic in the reverse-peak direction is loading on track 2 at those stations.
