Lighting in Manassas Virginia between 7:40 a.m. and 10:25 am

Hello all,
I may be in Manassas one of the mornings next week, and am wondering if it's worth photographing there in the morning between 7:40 a.m. and 10:25 am. How is the position of the sun there, at this time of year, in terms of getting very good shots. thanks.
