Railfanning VIA trains...good spots?

I will be in the Kingston/Belleville area for a couple of days in early July. Can anybody here recommend good spots to get pictures and/or video of VIA trains along that section of the Corridor (Belleville, Kingston, and Napanee stations included, if they are good spots)?
