PRSL GP38 2003 has returned to South Jersey

PRSL GP38 2003 is now a GP38-3 and is marked MWLX 362. MWLX is Midwest Locomotive Leasing & Sales.
MWLX 362 was previously Bangor & Aroostook 352, BAR 91, Conrail 7663, and PRSL 2003.

MWLX 362 was still at Pavonia Thursday morning.
It was reported on other message boards (Trainorders dot com and Yahoo Group SJRA) that 362 was purchased by SMS, which will paint it and send it to their New York State operation.

MWLX 362 was delivered to the SMS siding Friday morning by WPCA11.

Does anyone know when they were rebuilt to GP38-3's?
