Looks like another re-acquisition for CN. First it was short-line railways bought back. Now it former CN passenger cars.
The Denver Ski Train is coming back to Canada. CN is acquiring the equipment for their Algoma Central Railway subsidiary......probably for the Agawa Canyon Tour Train and Snow Train.

Hawker Siddeley built the cars in 1968 for CN’s new “Tempo” service in southwestern Ontario between Toronto, Windsor and Sarnia. The cars eventually went to VIA and ran through to Chicago in joint service with Amtrak on the International before going to Colorado.
