Dude, it's called "MARC" and it stands for "Maryland Area Regional Commuter" and before that it was "Maryland Rail Commuter Service."

Well, I've been riding MARC for 4 years, and I've either seen it called "Maryland Rail Commuter," or "Maryland Area Rail Commuter" (which is what I originally thought it was). Maybe it's ambigious (or maybe they recently changed the "R" to "Regional"), because the MTA officially simply calls it MARC. That said, the MTA has made big mistakes on their site and otherwise...

Amtrak even though there about 2 hrs. late every time I ride them! Theres lots of nice railways in Switzerland though and their trains are really nice.

My favourite passenger railroad is Amtrak, but I am very interested in the "rainbow era", where one could see GG-1s, E60s, and Metroliners running on the corridor.
