Last weekend Wellsboro Pa had their annual Railroad Days and the entertainment was on the WAG.
David Augsburger, Paul Pietrak and Thomas Taber III gave excellent presentations on the WAG, the Buffalo & Susquehanna and the logging railroads in Pa.
That evening Chris Bingham had a show on the WAG at the new Galeton library which I could not attend. I'm sure it was just as good as the days events.
I can really see now that there is plenty of material out there to produce a couple of excellents publications on our beloved WAG.
Hope we can get something started.
Chris are you there? How about it?
In addition to the slide shows, there were model train displays, memorabilia for sale. Plus the Tioga Central was running their excursions rides on the Wellsboro & Corning.
This was my 2nd trip out there and it was well worth it.
