Pittsburg Shawmut & Northern caboose needs a new home.

The National Railroad Museum in Greenbay, Wisconsin:

is in the process of streamlining their collection..they have several locomotives and pieces of rolling stock they want to get rid of..

they have a PS&N caboose they dont want..

Further research shows this is PS&N #189.

originally PS&N 189 - to DSS&A 593 - to SOO Line 593.

currently at the NRM as SOO 593.

Thanks for the info Scott, I sent the information and link along to the PS&N Yahoo group.

I'm a member of the Brockway Area Historical Society, and the PS&N southern terminus was Brockway. We'd be interested in acquiring that caboose.
