NS conductor

Hi guys,

I was wondering, as a conductor for norfolk you have to goto Georgia but for how long? it says 8 days then 4 weeks in division, what does division mean?

Also how old do you have to be to be in the railroad? i'm 20 yrs old

Means on the division that you hired out on I E Lake, Dearborn, Pittshburgh, Georgia.
