Abandoned tracks in Hillsborough, NJ?

Just north of the NS Lehigh Line as shown here:

Were those the tracks of another line or were they a branch from the Lehigh Line?
Also, how at what time during the(including weekends) do freight trains pass by Hillsborough on the Lehigh Line?
