Shore Line East dispatching east of New Haven

I was wondering does the Shore Line East do their own dispatching between New Haven and New London or does it fall underneath Metro North or Amtrak?

Everything east of New Haven is under control of Amtrak.

Amtrak Shoreline Dispatcher controls the CDOTs east of New haven.

At what point east of New Haven does the Shoreline Amtrak Dispatcher take over and another question is does MNRR coordinate with the Amtrak Shoreline Dispatcher in South Station at all?
