Is that GPS Siganl always on the Pennsylvania 120 or is it just for this trip?

I spotted the two cars (120 and the other car) in Amtrak's yard at 30th Street today. The GPS signal confirms, http://www.lat-lon.tv/

The cars are Pennsylvania "Pennsylvania" #120, and Juniata "Warrior Ridge" #1157.

On Saturday Sept 27, Little Juniata Rapids was added.

The GPS is always on the PENNSYLVANIA
