Here's advance word on an unusual Western New York & Pennsylvania move. Congressional candidate Randy Kuhl is sponsoring a special train over the WNYP on Wednesday, Oct. 6th. The train will arrive at Wellsville at 1200 with other stops at Belmont, Cuba, Allegany and Salamanca, where Kuhl is expected to visit the Railroad Museum. It will feature LAL car No. 100, a brass-railed 1885 vintage office car -- decked out in bunting and American flags, as befits a traditional whistlestop special.
