Alco Serial numbers.

Good Afternoon,

Does anybody know of a good accurate site that lists Alco order numbers and serial numbers? I'm looking for some information on a Pennsylvania Railroad RS3 (8479) which is located on a siding in Swedeland, PA near King of Prussia.

PRR RS3 #8479, built 6/1952, serial #79926. Later Penn Central 5579, then to Amtrak 142.
