How do i set up a video of an Acela Express that i took on to this forum so that others can see

Easy- you put it on a server and post a link to it.

If your ISP allocates space for a personal website, as many do, you could do it there. That's where I have my speeder video clip.

Actually, I don't think you can use your ISP's webspace because I video will fill it up and a few viewers will use up the monthly bandwidth quota.

I pay for a webhost with a large amount of storage space and a large monthly bandwidth quota. The broadband video is 28MB, the dialup version is 7MB.

Certain so if one has a lot of video or very high resolution. I reduced the resolution for what I have on mine for that reason. Definitely would need some special arrangement for a lot of material.
