IC Tracy District

In a previous post I asked for info and photo leads on the Tracy District, which ran north from the Bloomington District on the Illinois Division.
Now that we seem to have a new format, maybe someone will be able to fill me in with some info. I think the Tracy District was a coal line running up almost to Wilmington. It didn't last past the 1930's, if that. Anyone have more info?

Look for an artcle about the Tracy District in an upcoming issue of the Mid-American.
