No question whatever, rereg would send the railroad industry back into the Dark Ages such as existed during the 70's when I was employed therein.

Dereg is simply what transformed the industry from the "laughingstock" of transportation into clearly what is the most viable sector of such - and Wall Street seems toagree!

the way to move is forward , to open access over all lines to allow a true free market to exist . but the railroads wouldnt like that .
