It is a movie that stars Will Smith, Gene Hackman and Conrail SD60M's and Dash 8 units! Anyone know the location at where the Conrail footage was used?

There was a lot of on-location filming done in and around Baltimore. I don't know the area well enough to make a guess as to the exact location, but hopefully that helps somewhat.
