Wiring for Peco Electrofrog

Can anybody help please.

I'm building a new layout using Peco Code 75 track and electrofrog points/switches with SEEP point/switch motors. The DCC system is Digitrax Chief.

How do I wire the SEEP motors to the Electrofrog points/switches? Which of the outbound connectors on the point/switch motor should be wired to which bit of the point/switch?
