How does overtime work at NS. I understand what a tour of duty is, do you start collecting overtime after 8 hrs of work?[/b]

Depends on the miles in the pool your working. Locals and yard jobs after 8.

Sometime here soon ill scan and post when overtime starts after you have "ran your miles off".

Example there is a 130 mile run we do and we also get 90 miles of dead head. We do not go on over time until 14 hours. You guessed it most of the time this runs takes 12-13 hours total time.
