I haven't confirmed it yet, but a preponderance of the evidence suggests that this unit is ex-MEC 259, which shipped out from North Billerica a few months ago:

It was confirmed by Dave Santos on Loconotes that it is in fact the old MEC 259. Its good to see that it was saved from being completely scrapped.
