The crash on the Congo railroad caused far more deaths than the bridge collapse in Minneapolis. A locomotive and seven cars derailed. A photo in a Croatian newspaper seems to show well-maintained double-track and new equipment.

Thanks for the link . sorry to hear so many died .
The picture however , doesnt appear to be of a congo train . It is far too modern , and Congo railway lines are unlikely to be double tracked or electrified . or well maintained .

It's a German IC train with lots of people round it. Some newspapers have no journalistic ethics at all.
Congo uses Cape gauge.There would be most unlikely to be anyone with high visibility jackets on. The actual Congo train seems to have fallen off the track completely.

Probably the train cannot be replaced so its vaguely once a week schedule will now cease.
