I am just trying to find out when exactly this unit was built, its B&LE number, and whether or not the B&LE F7s have dynamic brakes, Also, if you know additional info please share it.

Why would there be a special notice that the unit not used on the B&LE Conneaut, OH dock operation.

This unit was used by "Coe Rail" for a dinner train operation at one time.
Built as B&LE 725A
