I don't live in a city that this works for yet. Has anybody in the cities it does work for used it? What do you think?

This looks like it could be a great tool. Hopefully it will be expanded to cover many, many other cities. I haven't gone looking for any others, but the Montreal Transportation Society offers its own trip planning aid: Tous Azimuts ("in all directions", loosely translated)
