Black and white by Bud Laws from NE railfan of sister engine # 29 with a better shot of the valve gear. What valve gear is that? It's not Southern, Joy or Young. Maybe an early version of long frame Baker??

According to Fischer's book that valve gear is Baker-Polliod.
All B-3b and B-4 classes had it.
