Does CSX plan to raise clearances on the Phila. Sub to allow for doublestack operations?

I have not heard anything about the Philly Sub in that regard. Though work has been start to undercut bridges on the Trenton Sub. Rhawn St is done, work has kind of slowed. But the goal is to allow Q190/Q191 to run down without taking the Wood Connector to the NS Morrisville Line. With that done, Im sure we'll start to see more doublestacks (w00t w00t) :P
