A friend has a major consignment moving on CSX and he tried to get a status. I was surprised when he lamented; "CSX certainly isn't like dealing with UPS or Fed Ex!" Apparently a phone call produced no result.
I went to their Website and I can't find any place for a customer to track a shipment in transit. I know at CN it's a snap, can anybody steer us in the right direction, or does CSX just not provide that kind of info to customers?
